Bear Lake Memorial Hospital is a 21 bed, county-owned Critical Access Hospital with a 36 bed Skilled Nursing Facility attached. BLMH employees approximately 270 individuals, including 4 Family Practitioners, 1 General Surgeon, 1 Orthopedic Surgeon, 1 OBGYN and 3 PAs. The hospital has several specialized visiting physicians which allows us to increase the already wide variety of services offered to our community and the surrounding area. BLMH has its own dialysis center as well as chemo therapy. Some of the services provided include inpatient and outpatient services, labor and delivery, surgery, respiratory therapy, home health, rehabilitation, skilled nursing and assisted living. Bear Lake lies in the very south eastern corner of Idaho neighboring the Wyoming and Utah borders. The hospital is located in Montpelier and is within 30 miles of the breathtaking Bear Lake.
